The hotel was an excellent base for our explorations. We appreciated the spacious room that accommodated our family comfortably and enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop pool with stunning city views.

Unfortunately, the breakfast left much to be desired. It felt overpriced for the limited options available, and the service during breakfast was slower than expected, affecting our morning plans.

I had a lovely stay with my family in a Superior Double or Twin Room XL. The breakfast spread was fantastic with fresh pastries and a variety of fruits, which set our day off right. The staff's helpfulness made a significant difference in our experience, especially with their local recommendations. A minor downside was the noisy guests at times, which interrupted the peace during our stay.

The location is perfect for exploring Florence on foot. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially Nadine, who offered great local tips. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony view.
